The stylist who did my hair made me feel really welcomed. She did a good job with the blow out. I showed up 15 mins early and the appointment started 20 mins after my scheduled time. Not sure who to fault for this but an apology or acknowledgment would have been nice.

Iris is AMAZING. She did a blowout on my hair for my engagement photos and I couldn’t be happier. She’s so kind and very knowledgeable. Which is so helpful for someone like me who knows nothing about hair. 11/ 10 recommend her and this location!

Love coming to Blo for a blow dry! I’ve been coming for a few months now, and I absolutely love how my hair turns out each time. I totally look forward to my hair sessions here! I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been to a number of Blo locations over the years and have always had great experiences. This was my first time at this location and I didn’t love it. I asked for a low pony and was told that since a pony was classified as a “custom look” there would be an additional charge from the standard $55 blowout which I was fine with. This didn’t take much additional time to do - I was in and out in 45 minutes. When it came time to pay I was charged for the $55 blowout and then charged for 3 braids ($10 each) for a total of $85. Again, I was aware that there would be an upcharge which I was more than happy to pay, but $30 seems a little steep for something that took no more than a few minutes to do, and I thought it was an odd way to charge me considering I did not get 3 braids. Regardless, I was actually very happy with the look and truly would have left a great review had it stayed put, but before I even got home the bobby pins were failing and my hair was falling. I spent a good amount of time during my shower fiddling with my hair trying to keep it in place. Overall not a great experience.
