I have been going to Daniela for the last few years and she is fantastic. She always listens to what I have to say, suggests great ideas for me and the salon is very inviting. The girls there are very welcoming and make you feel right at home. I am happy to have found her and I will continue to support her business.

I booked an appointment with Daniela a last week and have been getting compliments on my new style all week! Great service and she had great suggestions to help me change my look after having the same cut for a few years. I'll be back!

I have been going to Daniela ever since her salon opened up. She is a wonderful person and her work is amazing. Over the years I have gotten her to change my hair colour from black to blond, and blond to black, put in extension, done many different hairstyles, cut my hair and never had a problem always looked amazing. The prices are reasonable too. One thing I love is extensions. Daniela knows what she is doing when it comes to extensions. She gets the best quality of hair, matching the colour, and putting them in and making it look natural by blending two different lengths. I will never go to anyone else for extensions I did once before and thanks to Daniela she saved the day and spent over an hour to take out the worst extensions ever and from that day on I will never go to anyone else for anything. Daniela is creative and very experienced hairdresser. She is simple amazing….and I always have the best hair when attending functions thanks to her.

On July 4, 2018 I attended Studio 7 Salon for an appointment with Marie, my hairdresser, of 3-4 years with my 16 year old daughter. My daughter was having her color done. After her color was put in, Marie asked her to sit at the front to wait till she was ready to be washed. While there, my daughter and I waited. The owner, Daniella sat at the front desk the whole time. As my daughter's color was ready to be washed, she got up quickly dropping her earphones. At this time I said "Honey, you dropped your earphones". I grabbed them and placed them in her purse. After some time, my daughter saw the earphones on the table and grabbed them and put them in her bag thinking they were hers that had fallen. We pay approximately $175.00 for Marie's services and leave a $10.00 tip and leave the salon. The next day I get a text from Marie. "Hi, did your daughter borrow the earphones on the aestheticians table yesterday? (Very disappointed I did not get a phone call instead of a text by my hairdresser). I quickly responded NO because my daughter would never "borrow" used earphones. I then went on to explain that I found a pair on the floor and I thought they were my daughters and put them in my daughters purse. Marie then went on to explain that they have cameras and thats not what they saw and she wants them back! I explained that my daughter was in school and I would have to wait to ask her. I was completely dumbfounded as to what was on this video because I was positive I grabbed them from the floor. When my daughter finally returned my messages, she indicated that yes she had two pairs in her purse and that Yes she grabbed them from the aestheticians desk because she thought that was where I put them when I picked them up from the floor!!! Very logical explanation and true and honest! I got there within 2 hours to return the earphones to Marie. She was with a client and said Daniella has the video if you would like to see them. I apologized profusely for the confusion and went to Daniella and asked to kindly see the video. She turned and said "You said you picked them up from the floor and clearly your daughter stole them" and rolled her eyes and basically called me and my daughter liars. I asked to see the video prior which will confirm I picked them up from the floor. She said "No" and just sat there with this disgusted look. She was happy to show me my daughter inadvertently picking up and identical pair but refused to show me the video portion prior which would corroborate my explanation. I have been going there for 3-4 years have never had an issue with Marie. Daniella has never once spoken with me or the 15-20 people I have referred there. She is extremely rude and is in the wrong business. Most of my referrals have mentioned at one point or another how inexplicably unsociable the owner is. I guess she doesn't care enough about Marie to be kind to her clients but she ought to as we are feeding her too! I have mentioned this situation to a few people whom I have referred and they are appalled by her behaviour and will not be returning either. Life is too short to voluntarily subject myself and my family to miserable interactions especially when I am paying for the privilege.
