It is definitely hard to find a hair dresser that understands, has patience and takes their time to hit every want in what a client looks for. Jimmy goes above and beyond, and no matter what I ask for or want, he has a continuous smile and takes the extra step to allow me to feel satisfied. Thank you Jimmy !! You are amazing at what you do.

Please do not go here. I got a recommendation from a friend that this was a good hair salon and regret taking it. I had to wait for an appointment I previously made, got told that what ideas i has for my hair we’re bad, that they would do something i liked better. I told them okay as long as they followed the same principle I wanted (to go blonde). When me and my mom saw how they were doing it we asked if it would be like how we asked and they reassured us yes we would love the results. Than they started talking bad about other clients in front of us, and being rude to us. After seeing the final result I nearly cried. I had to make them redo it as they kept saying that I should just come back in a week and if i still didn’t like it they would see what they could do but i told them I couldn’t leave the salon looking like that. Eventually they redid it for me in a rush, and I had to leave because the place was closing. Two days later I went to a different salon to get my hair fixed and got a completely different experience, they were kind, professional, and even asked “I just don’t get how they could let you leave the salon with your hair looking like this” after seeing the bleach spots and orange patches left in my “blonde” hair. I was so grateful for the other salon because of the experience I had there. Moral of the story I spent 4hrs at France’s getting rude treatment and hair so bad I wanted to cut it all off, and still had to pay them over $200. Whoever is reading this that is considering going here, please don’t, it’s not worth risking your hair there are so many other places you can go that are so much better. I wish I could say my experience was rare but I came to find out 6 other people who went here, all with their own horror story. Please, do not go here.

Worst hair Salon! Extremely unprofessional, bad service, dirty and unorganized. Do not go! Only low class and low standard people go here. Honestly my first worst experience. There salon needs to be closed and their license should be revoked. They rush, are clumsy, and dirty. They don't cover your skin, hair, or clip when needed. They had no A.C and there exhaust wasn't working. They havn't wipped or dusted the floor or counters for months with clutter everywhere. You will get a disease or sick just by the germs on chairs and sinks. They make the customers hold their colour containers and hair together cause they don't want to use clips or tray, there are 5 people in your hair because you hair stylist doesn't have time for you. They hang 10 brushes in your hair on blow drying. Also they didn't know how to do Balayage and Ombre. Now I know why they make you sign a waiver cause nothing will come out even near to what you expected. They spent only 3 minutes on a hair cut and charged $30. Their siccors makes noises from not being sharp. My friend recommended this place. Worst experience ever!.
