Phenomenal service. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed, they took my jacket and had me seated comfortably offering me coffee or tea. Then Jaclynh went through what she thought was achievable, and she was so honest. She made sure I was okay with the result and was honest that this might take another session. However, she exceeded both mine and her own expectations. She truly wants the best for you, your hair and your time. I am astonished at her work. Anyone and everyone should go to her!

I've came here 3 times so far and each time was an amazing experience with Jaclyn. Jaclyn has so much passion and it really shows through her outstanding work. She really listens to what you want and will tell you what's achievable. Every time I get my hair done by her I am very happy with how my hair turned out. Jaclyn gave me great advice on how to properly maintain my coloured hair and affordable options for what to put in my hair. She has a very sweet personality and is friendly and easy to talk to. 10/10 recommended.

I live in Mississauga and go all the way to Thornhill to see Jaclyn. She is the best at her job and knows exactly what to do. She never disappoints me and I walk out happy every time. She is really friendly and will make you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend Jaclyn 100%!

I got my hair done by Jaclyn at this location and she completely transformed my hair from dry, brassy and damaged to a beautiful ashy blonde. She did exactly what I asked for in one session even though my previous hair stylist messed up my hair. Not only did she do an amazing job but she is also so sweet and is truly passionate with her work. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, regardless of your hair type or colour. I'm so glad I found her!
