I went for a blowdry. It was the first time that I visited your salon. I just wanted to share my feedback because I think you might like to know my thoughts as a first time customer. I don't understand why you advertise the price of a blowdry starting at 20$ on your website, when you charge 35$ . I understand that you can charge extra for longer hair, but I have mid length hair. I don't think a 15$ difference is reasonable. Regardless of the price, you should, by law, given the false advertising on your website, advise the customer of the actual price beforehand. Who actually pays 20$ and for what lenght? Also, maybe ease up on how much you pull when you blowdry. I've had many blowdrys in the past and no hairdresser has pulled my hair as hard as the hairdresser at your salon. I understand that my hair is freezy, but frankly I've had a neckache since Thursday. I had been going to Lola luca for years and no one ever had to pull my hair so much. The salon looks nice and well located.
