This location was my first ever Supercuts when I moved to the Bay Area. The place is always so busy. Cody, the manager is the best. There are often people lining up on weekends prior to store hours opening.

They might be so nice as to not make you pay for ruining your hair and making you look like a cartoon character... Used to be good... Now they have me looking for a hat.

No waiting when I visited on a Wednesday morning. Stylist was talented and very precise. Very happy with the haircut.

Worst service ever! PLZ THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE! I would have given less than a star if there was an option. I went for hair wash and styling and the lady doing it had such long nails. And while she was washing my hair, her long nails HURT me a lot and i guess it peeeled off my scalp skin and its burning now. And then while she was straightening, I told her your nails hurt, and she started arguing. She didn't even straighten it properly, it was still wavy from inside. Wouldn't go back here ever.

The worst haircut ever, I explained to her how l wanted my hair cut and she said at Supercuts they have to cut hairs the Supercuts way. That’s how they were trained. I tipped her well I didn’t know why and I left not very happy, never going there again. I think I should have known and gone with my feelings when I walked in the shop it wasn’t good didn’t feel any warmth coming from the workers at all but I thought I’ll take a chance.
