This place is a MUST! After moving from So Cal, I really struggled to find a place that could do a fantastic blond color (without damaging my hair)! I drove all over the bay (San Jose, Walnut Creek, Menlo Park) before finding Spoke + Weal at the recommendation of a hair stylist friend! First, it's an Aveda salon (healthier ingredients in their products, wonderfully chic vibe + everything smells heavenly)!! It's also a beautiful space and truly a treat every 5-6 weeks to be pampered in! The staff is INCREDIBLE, so friendly, down to earth and extremely talented! Kaycee is a master of blond and seems to be able to read my mind and deliver every time, always exceeding my expectations! And Tess gave me a masterful cut! Best, is the team works together effortlessly! I had no idea how good it felt to have three people brushing and drying your hair simultaneously, but it's definitely an experience worth having! Oh, and try Sun Life Organics before or after for a delish drink before or after (or if you really want to make a busy stylists day, head to your appt early, find out what they'd like and order for two)!

They listen and do a great job and on the plus side you get a head massage at the end. What more do you need.

Color was wrong. Too dark versus desired
