Came into Great Clips for the first time, was seated immediately. I showed the stylist old pictures of my hairstyle and said I wanted it exactly how it was presented. She confidently nodded and 20 min of cutting later, with NO communication with me to check in, my hair was too short and thus time for damage control was too late. I look nothing like the picture. I will never come again. The stylist does not care to ensure customer satisfaction.

Most other places assume I have a normal shaped head and normal thin hair but I am actually a cone head with naturally thick hair. My hair absorbs everything so putting anything in it is never enough. Also, half the hair of my head is thicker than the other side, so hair artists always spend many minutes trying to nitpick the evenness of my hair much to my dismay of time efficiency. Most of the time, whenever I go to any place to get my hair cut, I do it in advance before having to go out in public to save the trouble of looking like I have a huge bald spot in the middle of my head if they happen to cut it too short. I am a very soft-spoken, generally mute person by nature and they were able to figure out the obtuse geometry of my gravity defying hair without having me to struggle with attempting to simplify complex human communication. Also using a lot of water is extremely helpful in mold my hair to a coherent shape. I like this place.

I don’t understand my they me make sign in on line if they will give my place in line away. I arrived after fighting traffic to see I’m number one with two people behind me. The old man was sweeping and didn’t see me walk in so I had a seat. When he came back to the front I stood up and tried to check in but he said I was late and skipped me. Well I think he lied because all three of us had that little dot on the side and when I said I’m John and I was checking in, he said I was late and took that dot off the screen with a few key strokes and called another name. Right in front of me. I have not seen me before and hope I don’t see him again. As a matter of fact I don’t like liars so I left and needless to say and I will not go back. I recommend you not go to this location either. Thanks for wasting my time and lying to me

The people that work there are all nice. They do a good job cutting hair.

Sheep shearing. That what this place reminds me of. The modus opreandi is stab the customer with trimmers until hair is removed, have a pseudo pleasant conversation to finish it off and when billing time comes make sure the customer tips you for it. Totally lack of enthusiasm and motivation on part of the hair stylist.
