Followed the instructions and signed in online to "Check in" for a 13 minute wait. Headed over and arrived in 8 minutes. Proceeded to wait for 45 minutes, watched them call two folks ahead of us in the "line" on the screen, raised a concern, was blown off, and finally walked out. My daughter wasn't prepared for waiting that long and I'd been keeping her chill with promises of "you're next sweetie." So... that system didn't work. Made an appointment later that day with a kids salon in San Jose. It was a much longer drive but well worth it. Also: $15 for a shampoo. Huh.

This is the third great clips I have been to, and the experience has been consistent. Check in online and they will hold your spot for an hour. Staff is nice and polite but won't talk during the haircut unless you want to. They remember your last cut so you won't have to explain what you want again and again. Great experience!

This place sucks, I always went here to get a basic haircut and I can't even get that now. Last time the lady didn't even wet my hair before she cut it. The sides were done terribly. It was very half assed. I'm done with this stupid place.

Good location for a quick haircut. Once you get your name into their system, they know what kind of haircut you want so you don't need to tell them each time you go. Using their mobile app is convenient. Saved me about 15 minutes of waiting on the last visit.

OK for a basic haircut. Hit-and-miss in terms of quality.
