Had my explant surgery with Dr Rice on April 5th. I have had the best experience with his staff and Dr Rice is an amazing and skilled surgeon. I just wanted to thank him and I'm healing very well I would highly recommended him for any surgery. Again I am grateful and I appreciate everything he did for me. Kim London Ontario

Definitely a 5 star surgeon! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy doctor! His team is very polite and friendly. Dr.Rice explained me everything before the procedure and on the day of the surgery, him and his team made me feel very comfortable and safe. I’m very satisfied with the results! Dr. Rice and his team are true professionals!

I came in for a consultation at this clinic a year ago, but I still remember the appalling service I received. There were no other clients at the clinic and the staff were so rude and confrontational, I was afraid to ask anything! The manager told me that the skin treatments I came in for aren't their main business and she actually said that they'd be doing me a "favour", even though the procedures would cost several thousand dollars. I don't understand... you're a cosmetic surgery clinic, but cosmetic surgery isn't your main business? It was weird too when I asked about their products at the front, the receptionists gave me the most disgusting attitude - no amount of surgery could ever fix that! Aren't you supposed to be trying to sell that stuff?

Dr. Rice and staff are amazing! Five Stars! In my experience, Dr. Rice has always been kind, courteous, trustworthy and extremely professional. I have tried a few other Doctors for minor procedures and I was not happy with the results. Will only be going back to him from now on.

I saw Dr. Rice because I've always wanted to try lip injections for fuller looking lips. I have to say my experience was great! Dr. Rice and his staff are all very friendly and professional. Dr. Rice gave me the lips I wanted without looking like some women that go over board with the "duck look". He was gentle, and took time to really listen to my expectations and did an awesome job. I now have fuller natural looking lips. I am very happy with the results, would recommend him 100%.
