Dr. Hong is too busy to care. Over crowded waiting room. Very long wait time . He was over an hour late for my consultation and once in, he rushed through it. I did not feel listened to or cared about. Consultation fee was 80 dollars. I have heard he is a talented surgeon but the office was like a factory. Very uncomfortable experience.

Dr. Hong has amazing skills and is very caring for his patients. I have been coming to him for 5 years now and the pulse dye laser treatment has provided tremendous improvement for my face and self confidence :)

didn't feel acknowledged in the least bit. constantly rushed me and cut me off when I had genuine questions and concerns. I'm scarring badly and I feel as though going to him was a regrettable decision. avoid at all cost!

Went to do my undereyes.it was a horrible experience.the needle wasn't in my veins i feel everytime he tied the stitches and when i told him it hurts he's telling me not to move.and he keeps telling the nurse to give me more cc.i could see the smoke from when he tied the stitches and burned it.when he was finished a saw that the needle wasn't in my vein.it had the tape on but the needle was not in my vein.one of the nurse was shock and was asking how did it came out.no wonder i was awake through the whole procedure and was feeling so much pain.i could feel him using the needle poking in and out of my jaws.i went there to remove the bags from under my eyes i never tell him to put no fat in my jaw.now one side of my face is bigger than one i have terrible pain in one of my eye.he did the injection to melt the fat under my chin and told me the fat gonna melt and then tighten.it melt but it did not tighten.went back to him couple weeks ago and ask him if its going to be like this he said yes because if he give me anymore injection i am going to feel pain.everytime i look in the mirror it makes me upset to see how dr.hong messed up my face.i want my money back.he is one doctor working by himself so he is rushing to do the next patient.wouldn't recommend him.my friend wanted to go there i told her look at my face.wouldn't recommend him.zero star.

Went there in December 2018, saw doctor Hong For injections for scar tissue on my chin area. He charged me $700 and promised I would have the best Christmas ever and that the scars would be gone. My face ended up lopsided and the scars were exactly the same when I went in. I went back for more filler, but my face ended up even more lopsided than it was before. He doesnâ€™t clean the area before the injection. He feezes it with a block of ICE. I had severe bruising all over the bottom of my face for 3 weeks. He seemed very unconcerned about it and said donâ€™t worry it will go away. And people are telling me it doesnâ€™t look like I had anything done and I wasted $700 that I couldnâ€™t afford to waste because Iâ€™m just a cashier making minimum wage. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. - Melanie
