Don't waste your money! For the past three visits going here to either get a trim or a new do I've had communication problems. And not like language barrier or whatever, but its like when I give a pic for reference or say what I want in haircut term. I NEVER get it. This past time really got me, and I CAN'T anymore. I asked for a pixie cut, I showed a pic for reference. I got the 'Bruce from Matilda' cut. Like no where at all short...all she did was trim the bottom upwards. I said it looked fine because they were closing and they wanted me out but I even asked if I could get it a bit shorter and trimmed more around the ears (the way I like it, cause ya know...I know my hair more than a lady I've only met 10 mins ago), the lady was like "no, no it looks good, you just need to style it", yeah hard to style a cut I didn't ask for. The other two times I went in there was for a trim and a cut and had problems as well; asked for a nice pixie cause my other one grew out and all I got was a buzz cut in the back, I even asked "what are you doing?" and she was like "I'm just cleaning the edges" in reality she took off all my hair in the back with a swift buzz as opposed to cutting it by layers (which I honestly don't think they know how to do). I guess 3rd time I've learned my lesson not to go here. Plus other peoples trimmed hair everywhere is gross not very clean place whatsoever.

Is cheap, so don't expect super high quality. They are very nice to the customers, however, I would like more attention and less hurry when there's a lot of customers waiting.

They need to stop pushing for tips, when paying with my card, very uncomfortable, they need to be more professional, and stop pushing and making customers feel uncomfortable putting pressure to l eave a tip In the card charge, I'm not sure I'll be ever back there. LEAR TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL.

There used to be one good stylist here. But now they are all subpar. The last time I visited, the stylist did not bother to sweep off the chair or footstool before I sat down, which I believe is a violation of health laws. I won't be coming back.

Quick. No waiting. Good haircuts for men.
