I wish I could travel back here to get my hair done regularly. They did a wonderful job. Great atmosphere and conversation. Loved the service I received!

I came here in December to start my locs and had an appointment for 2pm. Unfortunately, my scheduled stylist bailed leaving a backlog of heads for a smaller team. What could have been a customer service disaster was saved by the owner who stepped in to not only apologize but personally did my hair. She answered all of my questions, took her time to hear my concerns and even threw in a nice starter style. I really appreciate the professionalism of the team and the owner for being so amazing. Would recommend to anyone wanting to start/maintain locs.

My first visit to have my locks repaired from another salon I felt welcomed and at home. My hair looks so much better. I get so many compliments and when asked where I got my hair done and I have business cards to give them. Simone has been wonderful.

Overall the experience was great. My expectations of the salon services were met. Pros: 1) I scheduled my apt same day. 2) When I arrived at my schedule time, I was serviced right away. 3)Everyone was polite. 4)Though I had two individuals working on my head (one person washed and another completed the re-twisting), they both were professional and detailed. 5)The woman(I believe Erica)who washed my hair did an amazing job. She was concerned about my needs, she asked questions, and made sure I was comfortable. I give her are washing skills 5 stars. 6) The young lady(forgot her name)who re-twisted my hair did an amazing job. I have not seen my hair look so great in years. My husband noticed the re-twist immediately when he arrived home and I did not have a fancy style. Again, seems like the ongoing theme to this shop is to ensure the customer's needs are being met. She asks questions and heard my concerns. 7)Love the fact these women are family and are working together. This has nothing to do with my experience but I like to see family growing together. Cons: 1. I arrived at the shop at 10am and did not leave until 130pm. Though this is a con, I expected to spend half of my day in the salon. Overall, all the ladies at the salon work hard and all the ladies are great with their gifts.
