The most amazing colorist and hair stylist ever!

Oct 14, 2013
Salon KaoVey definitely receives 5 stars! Kao took the time at the beginning of my appointment to check out my hair, get a feeling for the texture and asked me how I felt about my past cuts with other stylists. He explained the different cutting techniques and how they affect the hair. After a nice little scalp massage, shampoo and some great conversation, I walked away with a great updated cut with nice texture and a smile on my face! I will definitely be visiting Kao from now on.

BEST highlights I've received in a WHILE! I used a bloomspot deal there, but will be booking there ASAP without a deal. Kao was that good!

I went to Salon Kao Vey for the first time last week after purchasing a Bloomspot deal. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Kao was friendly, knowledgeable, and creative with the color options for my hair. Naturally, I have dark blonde hair, but I had made the switch to redhead a few months ago. I wanted to go a bit lighter (with the idea of perhaps going back to blonde this summer). Kao showed me pictures of the new “ombre” look, which goes from darker at the top to lighter highlights at the bottom. He fixed my red my base and gave me subtle blonde highlights to complete the “ombre” look in a really natural and classy way. Love this place!
