Got the grandson in without an appointment and did a great job for a great price.

I asked a woman whose haircut I loved who cut her hair and she said it was Tony at Perfect Cut Hair Design on Noriega, so I made an appointment. He is so skilled and at such a reasonable price! You need to make an appointment to avoid waiting around for an unpredictable amount of time or having to come back the following day. The stylists at most of the lower priced salons only know a few basic styles so this is why Tony's skill is unusual: he can feather hair and have it frame your face. He's definitely a great find for a reasonable haircut in a very expensive city!

This place is super affordable and great if you want a balayage. I came here a few years ago the first time I wanted a balayage and I researched everywhere for one and it was super expensive until I found this place. I got a dark red balayage with haircut for around $115 without tip and I recommend for anyone who wants a balayage that doesn't break the bank!

I've been here 3 times so far and had both Tony and Sandy cut my hair. Both are extremely good at cutting hair and very thorough. The attention to detail is great. You can tell they enjoy their work. I will keep coming here as long as I'm in the area and they are in business.
