Me:Do you do walk ins? Yes... Put your name and phone # down here and we'll call you. There's one person ahead of you. Me:Great I'll do some shopping. 2 hours later the salon is empty and they're all in the break room singing koombaya. My name is marked off and the excuse I got was "oh we're so busy..." Me: walking out shaking my head

Went here to get a Brazilian Blowout from Gretel based on a recommendation from a friend. Gretel was a sweetheart and did an amazing job. I got a BB once before and noticed the color of my highlights changed slightly - not this time around. My hair color stayed true and my hair now looks shiny and smooth. I already have an appointment for next time.

I just received the worst haircut of my entire life. Walked in and the lady who cut my hair was obviously eating her lunch in the back. I would have gladly waited for her to finish. I showed pictures of what I wanted and I proceeded to get the fastest and most hurried haircut I've ever gotten. Scraped the back of my head with the clippers, didn't even put the neck paper on properly, sheered away at her own free will and started chopping away at my hair with out asking if taking off that much was ok. She obviously wanted to hurry and get back to eating. I will never get my haircut here again. Ever!
