I go usually to the one in Foster city, came here since this location didn't have a line. I realized why after the fact. She gave me a terrible hair cut even after reading the instructions on file. How dumb can you be.

Stay away from this Great Clips if possible. I've had good experiences in other locations, but the older woman that cut my hair yesterday really butchered it. I asked for a simple "one inch off, all around" and showed her what an inch was to me since I've made that mistake before. She started off with the right length but then randomly started cutting off way more and then circled back and cut more off what she had already done. Several times I would move my head slightly and she would forcefully throw it or shove it back to where she wanted. When I asked her to fix certain spots she made them worse. Then she didn't blow dry my hair after so I went home with hair absolutely everywhere. Today I'm finding random spots that she just didn't cut. Worst haircut I've had, she didn't seem to listen at all or have any real competence. Unfortunate representation for the Great Clips franchise. With all the negative reviews I see of her, I'm surprised nothing has been done!

Disappointed! Terrible haircuts!! Had to finish it at home by myself. All hairs are different length, even it is number 4 haircut. Never return!

Got the worst hair cut thanks to the old lady there. I'm not even sure if she understands what I tell her. Never going there

Best great clips around. They cut hair the best at this location.
