The owner ( Fari) and all her employees are are terrible!!! I called to make appointment with Kimmy they told me Kimmy was on vacation so I let Lena cut my hair I told her I wanted a trim but, she chopped it. The hair cut was horrible made me cry!!! . Luckily, I met one of my friends let me know Kimmy left 4 months already. She has her own salon in Sunnyvale!!!

I have long hair and cuts always make me nervous. I've seen Kimmy here multiple times and my hair is so happy! She listens and takes great care of her clients.

She charged my hair 60$ plus a 10$ tip, she gave me my change as 2 5$ , and 2 10$, all just for a 1 inch trim. See no difference. Asked for a regular priced hair cut. She washed, and dryed + style, which I didn't want at all. Hard to communicate with these women, I only came back for Kimmy.

Don't go there. The owner does not honor reservations. She called the security on me and my mom when we started arguing.
