Inconsistent quality. The first time I got my eyebrows threaded there, they did a really good job (especially in preserving the length of the eyebrows). The second time though, the eyebrows were too thin and also uneven (one eyebrow was thinner than the other). I think the second time might have been a bit more rushed. $13 is a bearable price to pay for this service though (at least in the Bay Area).

Didnt even know this place existed. Its a small little place in a big complex and im glad i found it. Customer service was great price is good and the stylist listened and are genuinly concern with my happiness with the haircut. I will go back and reconend it to others.

Service was good. The cashier charged 10% tip to my cc without asking.

Not the Fantastic Sam's I was accustomed to in Arizona. If this is normal for this area I'm never going back to a Fantastic Sam's. Prices erased from sign outside & not posted on the sign inside either. FYI, as of the date of this review, the minimum for a women's haircut is $30 plus an automatic $3 tip. Was not offered a shampoo which is supposed to be included with all haircuts at FS. I didn't see any other customers getting their hair washed either. When I asked about it as I paid I was told that they would shampoo me then if I wanted. At that point I couldn't get out fast enough. Was seated at a dirty station. then the hairdresser took the dirty combs & brushes to the shampoo sink & washed them before cutting my hair. She then put them back on the dirty counter top. I almost left then and wish that I had. I told her I wanted an A-line cut. She seemed to understand & explained it as shorter in the back & longer in the front with the sides long too. I agreed. I got a bob, straight across the back - not stacked, with a nearly imperceptible angle in the front. Then she blew my hair dry and in the process got it tangled around the handle of the brush, pulling my hair. Twice. I don't recall this ever happening in a hair salon before. At least they didn't charge me extra for the blow dry.
