Go to this place only if you don't value your time. I called them in advance today (Sunday, November 19) and they told me that the wait line is ~ 1 hour. So they signed me up to come in an hour. When I actually arrived they told me to wait a little and that they would be "right with me". After waiting for 15 minutes and not seeing any progress I asked the cashier lady when could I expect to get my service. She answered that there are two more people ahead of me, my call in advance didn't matter at all and that they didn't have sign ups and a adjusted the line in accordance with how many people walked in. As a result I had to leave without service (wasted my time) because I had other things scheduled later on that day.

Not happy with service or my haircut. I could barely understand the woman who was working there. I paid $60 for wash, trim, and a blow dry, tip. Way too much for Supercuts. Should have went to a professional salon for that price to get better service and haircut. I’ll never go to Supercuts again. Also, don’t bother making an apt. I showed up before my apt and still waited over 30 mins because they took someone right I got there.

My nephew asked for a fade and the guy gave him a bowl haircut I could've done a better job myself it looks like someone used he's hair to practice on. Huge rio off I wouldn't of paid but he's a kid so did but karma will catch up to you guys especially with horrible barbers like you have..smh

The staff is so rude, I walked in for a hair cut and asked the guy for lip length bangs. He refused straight away saying that he could only give the bangs of chin length.
