Disappointed! I went to that place at lunch time for a very easy hair cup, long on the top, short on side -- I ask only to reduce the side with the hair trimmer. I was at that time the only customer, but the person cutting my hair was very fast. I ask a couple of times to take time I was not hurry. And it happened what it never happened for me, the hair trimmer has slipped and I lose a part of my hair on the top. So I ask to stop everything and I left! So I do not recommend to go to that place if you care of your hair!

My worst experience here. Did not follow directions and cut too short. I was told right on my face to not come hear again when I refused to tip. His name is rahimi. He asked for the tip shamelessly and when refused he said "Never come back here". Very hostile.

Went for kid's haircut. They did a decent job.

This is a place for kids to get their hair cut. Not adults (or even teens I'd think). Went in with very simple instructions for an undercut (essentially "buzz my head starting here, don't touch above it") and it was uneven left vs. right, not done properly in the back (way too far up my head), and he ran the clippers over my longer hair via carelessness, thinning it and making it uneven. This was so bad that when I got home, I just had to buzz all my hair with any length off - a year's worth of growth. I can't overemphasize emphasize how easy this task was...I have had untrained folks do it for me before. All that said, this is my own fault as much as anything else - you can't get someone to sneeze on you for less than $20 in Palo Alto or Menlo Park. You just can't expect competent service for less.
