I loved it. The stylist, TJ washed my hair added some nice treatment for my split ends and had my curls look exactly like the picture! I loved my experience here, definitely returning here in the future.

A rather daft place. I showed up 1 hour before closing on a Sunday and the place was empty except for a girl at the reception desk, who tried to explain to me that I cannot get a hair cut and to come back another day. Her English was so poor that I (politely) asked if I could speak to someone else, since she simply couldn't explain why 1 hour before closing, an empty salon in a mall can't take another customer. A cheery young lady emerged who explained that they are actually closing at 6:30pm today, to which I replied that it's only 6pm and that all I need is a quick trim, to which she replied that they need time to close by 7pm and that there are also no ladies there to cut hair because one needs to make an appointment to get a haircut. Ignoring the absurd logic of a place needing 30 minutes to close in time for their posted closing time, when there was no one in the salon, I replied that the salon does not have a web site that explains any of this, including not providing any pricing. Anyway, this girl said that there is another salon a few blocks away that is open to 10pm, but her English also failed her at this point and I simply couldn't understand the name of the place or where she was saying the place was located. Kind of a farcical encounter, but I am quite sure that I will never try to get my hair cut at Amiri Salon ever again, even if I would be lucky enough to arrive there when actual hair cutters were present to actually cut hair.
