Place is always busy. I only like to go for Steve who's their best hair stylist by far. He's definitely worth waiting for. He can cut and style your hair to the latest trends in men's haircuts. Prices are reasonable.

If you like cockroaches and hard communication with them go there. I doubt they are even licensed. They burned my scalp with a highlight. I also had left a bottle behind. I went back to get it a few days later and some guke got bent when I was looking for it after I told them why I was doing it. When finished they pressure you into a tip and follow you to the front desk. It's cheap but you get what you pay for. They barely speak English and dont follow simple directions. It's Vietnam in there.... Find a better spot...

Horrible customer service!!! I wanted Steve to cut my son's hair and because other stylist were available they insisted I went with someone else. I said, no thank you, we will wait for Steve. After sitting there for 20 minutes they asked again and I politely said again, no thank you I'm waiting for Steve. Steve turned around and said "I'm busy, I have appointment next" and continued cutting hair without making any eye contact with me. I said ok so are u not available? He ignored me, I stood up and got closer to him and asked him again. He said, "I'm available at 6pm come back then. Really? After waiting for 20 min you tell me this? I'm sure he was lying and only said that because I didnt want anyone else to cut my son's hair. He was so rude, and of course I won't be coming back at 6pm or ever again. If they had better people with knowledge then maybe I would let just anyone cut my son's hair but I've seen how bad some stylist cut hair. Please go somewhere else if you want a good hair cut and would like to get treated with respect.
