Took my 23 month old to get his hair cut. She did great at dealing with his moving around, only wish she has listened a little better. Cut still came out cute, and looks great on him.

Woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I called at about 2ish about appointments since they did those last time I went many years ago. She called me a liar and that they dont do, and never have done, appointments. I go in at 3:15 and there is ONE person waiting and an available employee. She tells me the wait is until 5. I asked why 1 lerson would take an hour and 45 minutes and she said she didnt know what I was talking about and then showed me a screen FULL OF APPOINTMENTS. Being able to "wait" without beimg there is what an appointment is. Long story short, I will definitely be going someplace more professional.

Kind of a hit-and-miss place. Service can be great and range To Mediocre. Ridiculous reservation system call ahead show up and wait. Asking haircutter to use their own judgment and they repeatedly asked you what number blade do you use as if I ever remember that detail. Having said all that I continue to go because it's a good value and relatively fast the one contradicting myself

Kelly and Alyssa are both amazing stylists - they get it right every time! That said, I haven't had the greatest experience with some of the others, and wouldn't recommend just walking in the door - they often get very busy. Best to call ahead and schedule (even if you do it just an hour or two in advance), if you want to book your person of choice!
