Never had a worse experience before. The woman, Heidi, put facial cream on my scalp for the massage. I went here because I had a groupon and the person at the front desk, Christina, said there would be the oil massage and then the facial, but when I lay down, Heidi shampooed my hair and then started the facial, used the same creams for my scalp and then later massaged conditioner into my scalp. They were trying to do a facial, oil massage, shampoo and conditioner, all in one go that there was no logic applied to what should come first. Now my hair is washed but I still have conditioner, oil, and remnants of cream in my hair. These people know nothing.

By far the worst experience ever! I was referred from my coworker because I loved her hair and wanted to get my daughters hair dyed for the 1st time. It was her 17th birthday so I figured I’d give it a try I explained that my daughter texture of hair needed to be done by someone who has worked with kinky curls etc... Heidy agreed she would be able to dye my daughters hair she advised me to go ahead and leave her and come back, by far the worst mistake ever !!! I came to pick her up and couldn’t tell if she had done anything so we stopped so I could examine her “highlights” that looked like straight bleached pieces of ramen no toner was put on her hair, mind you I gave a photo weeks prior ? So I immediately told Heidy I wasn’t satisfied but being that it was her birthday day we would need to reschedule. We rescheduled for a week later and can I tell you that Heidy made it worse she bleached my daughters entire hair and her sides have fallen out on top of that the bleach was still in my kids hair when I got off work so a lot of her hair is gone and dried out. Mind you I paid $110 for a “correction” that should’ve been done correctly to begin with ? So I paid a total of $250 for dried out missing hair and her hair is still not correct. Heidy is very unprofessional and should have been honest that she does not know how to work with her kind of hair this was a horrible first experience for my daughter and her scalp is burnt from the bleach !!!!
