DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT BY CAROLINA!!!!! I originally had an appointment booked with Priscilla, but unfortunately she was sick so they put me with Carolina instead. I am usually nervous about trying new stylists but Gwen (the owner) assured me she was great. However she was terrible!! She completely hacked at my hair. I asked for my hair just above my shoulder and ended up with some pieces at my ear and none of my hair was the same length it was a complete mess! Not to mention I asked for my hair to be right above my shoulders so even if this was remotely a good haircut it was NOTHING like what I asked for!! The owner then spent ONE HOUR trying to fix it and "blend it" but it just made it worse! I was in tears in the salon chair and the owner told me "if you use from sea salt texturizing spray it'll fix it!" AS IF any product could fix this disaster! What salon let's someone leave their salon looking like this! I FaceTimed my mom afterwards and she was appalled by how bad it looked and said there was no way I could go into work Monday with it like that as it was very unprofessional and looked like it was cut by a five year old! I booked an appointment with a different salon that afternoon who thankfully were able to do their best to salvage it which included changing my part to cover up one of the holes and sadly cutting another inch off. They said that they have NEVER seen such a bad haircut and that stylist should lose her license for leaving soooooo many holes in my hair. Carolina mentioned during my appointment that she was new at the salon because she had some issues at past salons??? This should've been a BIG RED FLAG and I've learnt my lesson to never get your haircut with a replacement hair dresser. (PS see attached pics to see the horror for yourself)

10/10 PRISCILLA IS THE BEST HAIRSTYLIST EVER! Let me tell you about the best trip to the salon I have ever got, and believe me I go to a lot of salons. This is the first time my hair stylist took THE TIME to ask me in details what I want instead of just automatically cutting my hair. PRISCILLA asked me many questions and clarifications on what I want with my hair while also feeling my hair which is VERY important. Not many hairstylist will take the time to feel different parts of your hair to make sure they know what your hair needs but Priscilla did. I came for a touch up and a haircut. Priscilla made sure I was comfortable with the length she would cut off and stuck to that length. She took her time to get to know me and my hair before starting. She was super kind and made me feel comfortable when she was doing my hair. She kept me laughing and time flew by while I was on her chair (even though I was there for three hours!) I came in with dry, unhealthy, damaged hair with a mess of a bleach job and came out as a different person. I love my haircut, my color/touchup, and my curls! Thanks priscilla. Sidenote: Everyone at trends is super nice and talented! They'll talk to you and make you feel welcomed. I even managed to talk to the manager and she's super friendly! I attached the before and after pics and they're AMAZING. Thanks so much priscilla Will be coming back soon.

I've gotten some great haircuts here with Priscilla. She understands curly hair and follows through on cutting the hairstyle I ask for. The other staff members here are very sweet. Prices are reasonable for the area also.
