I am so so pleased with my experience at Ulta. Don was an absolute sweetheart and she helped me find everything I needed and more! She even gave me samples of things I wanted to try!!!! She is the best employee there hands down, absolutely amazing!! I would highly recommend asking for her and coming to this Ulta😁😁❤️❤️

Adrienne in the salon did a wonderful job working with my daughter and I to come up with exactly what was desired at an affordable price. Very skillful beautician. Thank you! On a secondary note. As sizable as this store is to have one 2' x 3' bench seat for anyone waiting is ridiculous. When I checked out and asked about a tip I told the girl how much I wanted the total to be and then she confusingly looked at the computer and asked how much tip I wanted. I told the difference between the total I gave her and the price of the service. I then needed to do the math for her to be able to proceed. Unbelievable!

First let me say I have never written a review before. First time in Ulta and very excited. Came in with the purposel of purchasing two fragrances and a foundation. I was just about to ask for help when my daughter stopped me saying why do it we were never acknowledged at all after 15 minutes. Before leaving just wanted to see if it was just because we were African American that we weren't getting serviced. I told my daughter let's just stand by the door to see if we're imagining this. Much to my surprise when a Caucasian couple entered the store they were immediately greeted. Wow and I was so looking forward to my first Ulta experience.

Anxiety inducing associates. I simply asked the cashier if they carried the brand “Merit” as she was processing a pick up for me. But instead of processing the pick up order – she was consumed with looking up the brand merit (because she’s never heard of it) and where I could find it – even though I confirmed that I know that it is sold at Sefora and not to worry about it. She proceeded to be curious about what specific item I wanted from that brand and it was just a weird experience. It literally took 10 minutes for me to pick up an order because she was so invested in doing her research on Merit. Lol. It doesn’t end. I picked up my order, (finally) and then proceeded to walk over to an item that I’ve been so curious to try out for weeks - only to have an associate walk up to me and tell me that she prefers a totally different item - doesn’t allow me any time to test it and has me try the item she likes instead. When she left, I walked back to the item that I was interested in and within seconds another associate comes up to me asking if I needed any help. I just left at that point. It was a weird and overwhelming experience. Too much handholding. Let your customer be invested in what they are there for, not your overwhelming commentary, opinion or curiosities. As a mom of three with very limited time out, I won’t be wasting my time at this location again.

This is my 2nd time having Dawn help me and she is beyond amazing!!! She is so wonderful to work with and has patiently helped me pick out the most beautiful colors that compliment my skin tone. I enjoy all of her fantastic recommendations of products and she is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. I always feel so positive and happy after seeing her and finding products that work for me.
