Owner did my hair twice. First time it was okay but had spots and stripes from bleach and color didn’t last and roots came in like a skunk so technique was lacking. Gave her one more try and she completely over processed my hair and burned my scalp and forehead skin. And not to mention I paid $300 for a 3/4 highlight. I’m beyond annoyed and now will wear a hat until it fades...hopefully. Not cool.

I’ve gone to Trey Thompson for a couple of years. I will no longer be able to go to Yoly’z, but want to highly recommend Trey. He has a delightful personality, is very professional, and seems to love his job. He always remembers your likes and dislikes. I will miss him terribly.

Yoly did my cut and color which came out really bad. The shade was at least two colors off from what we talked about. When I called the next day to ask if I could come in for a color correction she refused. She did refund me which was good, but most professionals would want to correct their own mistake to keep your business.

I like this salon and would recommend to others. They listen to your hair concerns and right now they are helping me to get back to blonde after being a redhead for several years. They don't force you into making drastic changes that you aren't ready for and I appreciate that.

I’ve gone to this salon 3 times for haircuts and it was acceptable so a schedules a splash of highlight around my face. I have salt and pepper natural gray hair. I used the owner thinking it would be done right. I told her I wanted the same light highlight found naturally in my hair- almost white. She insisted on labeling the color ‘blonde’ which didn’t make sense given my hair is silver. The result was a hideous yellow. She redid it and this time it was a paler YELLOW. She does not listen to her customers. On the third attempt, she finally got it close. Seems any good colorist would know immediately what to do given I was asking for something that is really popular right now. To make matters worse, I overheard her bashing me to her employees and blaming the mess on ME wanting blonde highlights! As a colorist and business owner, she should be ashamed. I’ll never use this salon again- beware.
