Never and I mean never ever go here! The place is so dirty, ghetto, & run down! While arriving you will find a large group of black men out side drinking beer and smoking marijuana! Upon entering if you dare is a small space with loud rap music and nothing but ghetto ghetto ghetto!! I was told I had to go to their other location because no one was there to do my facial or nails...and I should have called because I would have been told that. I had an apt btw! Just plain nasty. When I asked the ladies name she asked me why I needed it! I made up a story on needed a nieces hair done and finally she said ohhhh here's my card I'm Lisa, the manager! WOooowww! This place is going under fast. Not to mention the barber shop attached plays club rap, and every conversation can be heard clearly and all they talk about are women and drugs. I'd never bring a child here,a family member, no one,and I won't be returning ever. Simply embarrassing! They should be shut down I can't imagine anyone wanting to come here! And on a side note I'm multi racial so this comes from a good place not a place of hate or disrespect of anyone's race!

I wish I had read the other two reviews before scheduling an appointment with them. I both their service though Groupon Now (thanks god, I will get my money back)...and when I arrived for my appointment, 5 minutes after (coz I couldnt find their location)...and bunch of woman sitting at their seats doing nothing, stare at me as if i was nake or from mars. After about 30 seconds, they ask if I have an appointment and for what. They them proceed to check their cellphones and tell me I am late and that they might not be able to get the service done, coz they have an appointment in about an hour. When i ask how long it takes, they tell me "it depends on the condition on your nail"...they never proceeded to check and inspect to give an idea...and when all of this is going on (mind you, they have not moved from their seats and are just wagging their phones)....they keep going on and on about how they cant run into another person's appointment and that they dont know how long it will take and blah blah blah....it is when I say about canceling the appointment, that one of them gets up and gives me her cellphone and asks me to msg her when I know about when I might want to reschedule...NO THANK YOU...IF YOU WANT A RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND PPL WITH TONS OF ATTITUDE...YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTMENT...NEVER EVER GO HERE. I BET THEY ARE GOING TO RUN OUT OF BUSINESS SOON.
