As good as ever. Melesha has been cutting my hair for close to 20 years. She did such a good job the first time I have never let anyone else cut my hair. I should start getting a discount since I have lost so much of my hair.

Great service and great cuts for a great price! I get a simple cut each time and they do it perfectly. I pay 14 dollars but leave a 20, can’t get better than that!

Let me start off by stating I am writing this review from the waiting area of my favorite Great Clips in midtown Atlanta. I have been getting my hair cut almost exclusively at great clips for nearly 10 years and never had a bad experience. Obviously I am a big fan of great clips if I have been patronizing them for nearly 10 years in multiple states and cities all other the country. However my recent visit to the cobb Pkwy great clips was absolute disaster due to an tall older female hair stylist with a terrible attitude. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. I check in using the great clips app. (Which I love by the way) I came into the salon and waited my turn. According to the app my wait was only 9 min. Good news! the wait was actually less than 9min. I would say closer to 5 The tall older hair stylist says it's my turn she just needs time to clean her work station Perfect! I have summer allergies so I asked to use the restroom to clear my nose so it wouldn't drip while cutting my hair. She rudely and abruptly tells me its in the back last door on the left. (I grew in up in one of the most heavily populated areas of a major city in the Northeast) so rudness and shortness does not offend me at all. I went back there to use the rest room, however when I knocked on the door another stylist was in the restroom. So I told her that I would run to my car and be right.( I'm 6'7 and have very long legs and I a very high energy person. I grew up in the city with out a vehicle so my walk is almost a fast a normal person jog lol) so we are talking maybe 30 secs... Definitely way under a min in real time. I know I am repeating my self but we are talking literally less than 30 secs if I had a stop watch. I come back into the salon someone else is in the salon chair. I looked at her confused. She rudely told me I wasn't here when it was my turn I understand everyone can have a bad day but this went way too far, way beyond rudeness. She didn't even say sorry She knew I had been waiting, She knew it was my turn, She knew I was going to my car to come right Total unacceptable!!! I don't think race played a factor however I am Hispanic man. I am well dressed, no tattoos an don't even own a shirt without a collar. My father is black as well as an my fiance. but I look to most people Hispanic I would like to think great clips is a place where everyone is welcomed. To make a long story short I left and now I'm at my favorite Great clips in Midtown getting my favorite hair style done by my favorite stylist that has always treated well and has been cutting my hair for years. Unfortunately I didn't get the rude hair stylist name on Cobb Pkwy. But she is a tall average build African American women maybe wearing eye contacts. I would say she is in her late 60's early 70's When you walk in to the salon her salon chair is one of the first 3 on the left, I can remember exactly which one. That's just my 2 cent. I will not be returning to the Greats Clips on Cobb Pkwy. However I and still a fan and patron of great clips as a whole.
