I’ve been here 2 times both times I was coming to get a Hair cut. There’s a Young lady there named Shelly who is Extremely Rude & Nasty for No reason!! When I’ve come in on both Occasions she was Extremely Rude & had give every reason in the book why I Can’t get a Hair cut!! I’m definitely Calling Corporate this Time!!! * Update I spoke with the Manager of the Salon & District Manager & OWNER they all understood where I was coming from & Were very Remorseful! Also informed me The Particular person had been Removed, Happy they Took my Issue Serious & Corrected it!

I WALK ON AND ASK FOR AN ALL over hair color. The the young lady that did my hair had very good customer service however she wasn't too confident in doing a all of a color in my hair so young lady never asked me if I had a previous color in my hair before she started it was asked after I was finished with the process of coloring my hair my hair turned out to have color on the roots of my hair but the black the ends of my hair with black I was told by the mansion that I will have to wait till June or July before the process can be fixed so I went back one evening when the manager and that young lady that did my hair wasn't there and I asked one of the other ladies to correct my hair and she said that she could I went back and I saw a hairstyle which made me have to cut my hair down so that he could look right and she cut my hair down gave me a beautiful style and I wanted to color my head and I ended up with two cuz of my head she knew exactly what to do and I am so happy with my hair however the manager was very disrespectful to the young lady that did my hair when I first came in and she tried to make me leave by saying that it's too early for my hair to get done and she kept telling me that it wasn't time and then the owner walked in and right in front of owner she was speaking to him and then turn around and ask her what type of process is she doing my hair and she said semi color I really don't agree with a manager trying to be little one of his employee in front of the customer and in front of the owner and I wish I knew the owner name because I would definitely write him a letter and tell him the whole process of this young lady is afraid of losing her job she fix my hair but the Mart one that didn't know how to do a hair color she should have never allowed him to do it until she learned from her

Lol I called and asked if someone was on staff who could do children's cornrows and the woman who answered simply hung up in my face. I'm new here from South Carolina, but I know who's not going to gain me as a client. 😊
