I've never been ignored but watched so heavily in my life. I asked for HELP picking out a foundation.. the girl pointed and said this the cheap side, this the high-end stuff and WALKED away!!! I was well prepared to spend $250 but the associates sitting and talking amongst each other was not to my liking. ULTA SHOULD DO A BETTER HIRING PROCESS. PICK WOMEN WITH PERSONALITIES AND FRIENDLY.

Good selection and clean. Beware the staff will try to sell you whatever product they are an agent of. On two separate occasions I had reps insist on doing my makeup and I can out of the store super orange. When they asked if I wanted to buy the products I pointed out how terrible it looked and they insisted it was the lighting, one woman walked outside with me to show me that the makeup matched my skin. Once we walked outside she gave up. I looked like an oompa loompa. They are soooo pushy! They don't care about selling you products that may actually work for your skin and routine.

wish I would have read these other reviews before I wasted my time here... ready to spend plenty of money and after asking for assistance, someone "off the clock" referred me to another associate, who took about 2 minutes with me, said she couldn't find my shade before she said she had to help another customer.... I turned around and she was chatting with the cashier while filing her nails. I found the shade that she wasn't able to, Bought the bare minimum of what I needed because I was desparate, but will definitely spend my money elsewhere next time. Go to Sephora at PCM, everyone there is super friendly and actually wants to help. Super frustrated!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I felt personally offended and discriminated against at this store. Never step foot in this place- the manager scoffed at me!!! Go to Sephora, buy online, just don't go here if you want to be treated like a HUMAN BEING.

I got what I needed but they could do a better job as cashiers. Letting me stand there so that you can have a conversation with the cashier next to you is kind of rude.
