After reading the reviews I was very leary about going. I looked for other shops that were 24hrs or open late but they all pretty much had the same types of reviews. I am always pressed for time and I needed something that would take me after 8pm on a Saturday. I decided to take a chance. I'm so happy I did. At 8 she called to make sure I was coming and told me she would wait on me. I sat in the chair as soon as I got there. They started on my hair at 8:35pm and they were done at exactly 12:00am. My braids are tight but not staining. #PERFECT Great experience. I will go back.

I'm extremely disappointed in my hair. I went home and cried. This place is overpriced and also has horrible service. It's very very messy and they don't put the customer first. I'm never going back

These were my braid after a week. Braids have been falling out of my head everywhere. I asked 10x was my hair too short to braid because I didn't want my braids sliding out. Aside from all the braids that fell out. The braids look old as hell. Oh & the older lady is very rude & the younger ladies talk bad about clients in their language. Also there's a teenage girl that they're training & she have no clue what she doing so keep her out your head. They don't accept cards either. They will definitely mess up your Senegalese twist as well. They start some off with braids & start some with twist. My hair is sticking out all the braids because they're so loose! They're rude & can't braid so spend your money elsewhere

DO NOT GO! Very rude! I had to ask 4 times for jumbo twist..plus I showed a picture..Failed to inform me they didn't take cards. I called someone to bring me cash and they held me hostage until they came. I couldn't even walk to my car, or even step out to make a phone call. When ever I tried she blocked the door! I should've called the police. This place is horrible. Run down, VERY dirty, and nasty. Warning to all !! -10 stars. I recommend Yama's in Hiram 👌🏽
