Stopped taking customers over an hour before close. Don’t waste your time here. Drive a couple blocks over to Geiger Road for much better service.

Horrible experience.. I was uncomfortable from the moment I sat down.. The girl cutting my hair kept awkwardly grunting every time she snipped. She listened to nothing I said about how I wanted my haircut and completely botched whatever "style" she was trying to give me... One side is about 1" higher than the other.. Simply terrible - We will never return..

I would avoid the 6'4" transsexual guy with face piercings. He cut my head three times. The haircut was very bad.

Usually pretty good service. Disappointed that I was quoted as 15-20 minute wait time at 10:10. Got there at 10:30. And sat till 11:10 and they took someone who stepped in the door after me. Maybe this is my fault for not asking questions but out of courtesy I would like to have been given an updated wait time. Lessons learned I guess.

They suck. For the last year and a half I have been getting my hair cut here every 2 weeks. The last and final cut my "stylist" was still drunk from the night before. He reeked of alcohol and my low fade turned out a lot more like a lop-sided high and tight. I called the corporate office to resolve the issue and apparently they're too busy to give a damn. I will be taking my business to another shop and hopefully anyone who reads the review as well.
