If you're a women, don't go to this place!! It seems like they can only do men hair cuts. I was seated down, I showed the women (Asian?) a picture, and when we finally agreed on something (we had a hard time communicating) she switched me to someone else. That should have been a sign to get out but unfortunately I stayed. The guy she switched me too was VERY shure about what he was doing but in the end it didn't look Nothing like the picture, and it looked uneven in front so he had to cut more hair. When I got home and straightened it, it was Horrible! The back was uneven! There is Literally a chunk missing, it looks Unbelievable... If you're a women Don't go here, and if you're a man ask for Sarah. She is the only one that hasn't screwed up my husband's military hair cut. I lost almost all my hair, and if I want to fix the hair cut, it's going to be about 3 maybe 4 inches long in the back. I still can't believe that I went from medium long hair to about 3 inches.

So the first time they skipped me for kids I was like, it's ok they're children. But today I really didn't have time for that noise. Logged in online, walked and was not greeted. I sat down a waited a crying kid came in and they logged them in a served the child. Afterwards, however they looked at me and logged me in to wait. The hair cutter knew I was next and served the child instead. Again, I have a kid and it's cool to help the kiddos but two time in a row? Plus she knew I was next but did not acknowledge the fact which to me shows laziness.

By far the worst haircut I've ever gotten... I was there last week and showed the woman a picture of what I wanted. I said that I was aware that my hair wasn't quite long enough for the exact style, that I was growing my hair out and to only trim the front. Instead she chopped off 2" of hair in the front. Plus she cut a small section of bangs only 1" long. I would have stopped get, but once she cut it...I had no choice but to commit to it. I'm so angry, and I hate my hair. And to think that I was so close to the style that I actually wanted. Now I'll have to go through the pain of an awkward stage for another 3 months. I'll NEVER go back here, or to any other Great Clips, again.

best stylist ever, Sarah. I don't even make small talk most of the time when I get my hair cut and she made me feel comfortable and gave me great advice on my hair.
