My visit was Fantastic!

People saying bad reviews about this place. Just ask for Cindy.

Ran in to this salon to de-stress during a really bad day at work. A 30 minute scalp treatment and blow dry would have done the trick for $30 bucks. A good start with a thorough brushing...ending with another customer coming in for a perm. She washed my hair and globbed on a bunch of white goo and tossed me under the dryer. Tic, tic, tic...5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes. My scalp is burning...after 25 minutes of watching my stylist work on the other customer I ask what is going on since this whole process is supposed to take 30 minutes. She says I have another 15 minutes of drying to go. No way...I want out and soon! So she stops working on customer #2 and tries to give me a scalp massage. The white goo has by now dried to a hot cement helmet that she either cannot get her fingers into or it's so hot she does not want to try...so I get a weak 15 second massage. It was like shiatsu for the scalp...poke poke poke poke. Don't even think it changed the helmet shape hairdo I now owned. Fast rinse, blow dry and I want out badly. But they now cannot figure out how to ring it up on the register....sigh. Total comes out $35. $20 scalp treatment, $3 chemical, blow dry and a fee for extra length. Now I patiently refused the sales pitch on pricey Nioxin shampoo...over and over...but I was a wee bit irked as to being charged extra after the fact. Scratching this salon of my list permanently! p.s. English as a second language salon!

Awful service & over charged. I should not have even paid. They do not listen to what you want. Not sure if it really is a language barrier or a scam. Never ever ever will I walk into that place.
