I came to see Jackie because another salon totally messed up my hair and refused to fix it. Jackie was amazing and very good at what she does. My hair looks fabulous and I won't go anywhere else.

Had an appointment 30min later still waiting, raven never showed up for his customer appointment. The attendance julia want us to wait. But our time is important. Don't have time to wait for another 30min. What's the point on making an appointment. And not only that there computer went down. So we left. And came back 15min later another employee was showed up she was apologetic and decided to do my friend hair and it was her only day off. But as for me I would rather go somewhere else. I've always gone to Regis before but thats in washington, first time in hawaii never had this bad experience. They need to hire more people or something. Could've offer us, and say I'm sorry raven who didn't show up, if you would like I can do your hair or reschedule for another day. Say somthing instead of saying, oh he didn't show up! Just makes me just want to walk away.. And say to myself man do they want my business or what?

I had the worst service ever. The girl had no experience the fad was terrible. It takes 25 min usually for my haircut. She spent 5 min and at the end I've been charged 32 dollars without any extra cleaning service... first and last time in this salon. I don't recommend it at all. PS: "My barber usually charge me 15 and I give him 40 so money is not an issue."

FYI $45 dollars to trim your hair, for men's cut.
