NEVER EVER GETTING WAXED HERE AGAIN. Regular and loyal customer turned no-goer!!!! This one is worth reading. Since the new management took over, this business has gone downhill. I've been neglected of good customer service from the owners and the hair stylist. As a then-loyal customer, I decided to come here for my first time getting a Brazilian wax. My first Brazilian wax: * It was UNSANITARY. She used the same pot of strip wax (the one that clings to your skin) that she used on all customers. Basically, she was putting the bacteria from other peoples skin on my private parts. This resulted in large bumps of infection to form in my private area. * It was painful. I expected some pain but, it wasn't until I got waxed at a different place that I realized the pain she put me through was excruciating in comparison to how it should be. Even though she knew it was my first time.. she started by putting a large amount of the wax on the top of my bikini line and ripping a maximum amount away. I almost cried and left. She then told me that if I couldn't handle the pain then I shouldn't be getting waxed in the first place. Nonetheless, I toughed it out and was sore to the point where I couldn't sit for three days after. Honestly, that lady needs to lose her license. If anyone knows a way of reporting this, please let me know. I used to love Pandora. Mai (the previous owner and founder) was so sweet, very talented at eyebrow waxing and occasionally gave me small discounts for being a college student. She knew how to do everything and do it well. It is truly sad what the business has come to.

My first time in the store-their service and skills are above average but the owner, she is very impatient and made my first experience at pandora really unpleasant. I will not recommend it to people and am not going back for sure. Also, the strip on my nail is already falling after one day. It was also done by the owner.

Excellent service from Kathy & Hannah. If I lived on the island I would become a regular!
