Emily is great!! Easy to communicate with. Always cheerful and positive any time of the day. Even though I don't do a good job describing what style I want, she gives me the haircut I want every time. It's like she's reading my mind. Highly recommended!!!

The location is nice, but the staff is awful. I went for my hair cut, I clearly told her what I wanted, she started cutting my hair, made them little shorter than what I wanted. I said it’s fine, but the other side was longer, she wanted to make it equal, she ended up making it more shorter, than again more shorter. I felt like there were no hair left.

I asked for a razor cut bob and I showed pictures of what I wanted. The hair dresser and her colleague spent the entire time passively alluding to my not knowing correct terminology (which is why I showed pictures). My hair has several visible holes in the back, is uneven and appears as if my hair is thinner than it is. My bangs are not what I asked for. I felt bullied by the staff and left unhappy but afraid to say anything. My hair looks awful and is not how it should look even if we disagreed about terms and styling. A manager is not available until several days from now. The woman on the phone did not ask for my contact info.

They took my suggestions and cut my hair exactly as i expected. It was neat.

Do yourself a favor and ask for Emily!! She was AMAZING. She spent a thoughtful amount of time with my daughter's cut and did an exceptional job! She was very friendly and REAL- no obligatory small talk. I have been to numerous GC's in the area and I have never before LOVED my stylist; I won't go anywhere else again. Thank you, Emily!!!
