Michelle never fails to give me and my family great haircuts. I've been through many styles throughout the years and always leave here satisfied. Plus, they offer a bang trim for just a few dollars.

Very professional and helpful cutting my disabled daughter's hair - Meagan put her at ease immediately - my daughter's hair has never looked so good!

What was supposed to be a simple side clean-up turned into a disastrous debacle. Maggie seems like a nice girl but has much to learn about her craft and plain common sense. It was pretty apparent she was having difficulty and was clueless in how to cut men's hair. I should have stopped her but I gave her the benefit of the doubt...foolishly. Rather than asking questions or asking for help(earlier), she kept cutting. Even her handle on the comb and scissors was amateur as she tried to simply comb and trim. It wasn't until we were past the point of no return did she sheepishly ask her manager for help. Her manager left the client she was with and did as much damage control as she could. The manager was definitely more experienced but even with her skill level, the final result was pretty bad. I got a free hair cut from the experience and a few coupons but those are the last things I want. I just wanted a simple clean-up. I don't know how long Maggie has been in the industry but this is also a training and managerial issue. There is no reason Maggie should be cutting (at least) men's hair if she has not been properly trained. Another thing, Maggie did not even apologize. Maggie-before you start cutting away, you should really ask pertinent questions...not just "what do you want" and "how short". Maybe if you asked how I style my hair, you would have had a better idea. I don't know. Until you get a better handle or training on men's hair, please don't attempt cutting men's hair. I hope you are much more skilled with the ladies. To be fair, my experience here in the past has not been bad. Michelle is very professional and skilled with men's hair. She asks good questions regarding hair and is very meticulous.
