Worst haircut of my life was here. The woman who did was least interested in cutting anyone's hair. Constantly yawning, dropped hair dryer on my foot and basically had trouble understanding Basic English. Spanish workers here, mostly. She literally was trying to get it over with. Not recommended!

My son has been getting his hair cut here for 8 years and we have seen many stylists come and go. Tonight, at 16, he goes in by himself as I watch three men come in after him and and get serviced before him. When I came in and asked where he was in the list, did they move him up. No one in front of him had an appointment. There are many salons downtown, this will be our last at this Supercuts!

Girlfriend got a haircut here and I waited. She kinda liked what they did.

I called my mother on FaceTime today and first thing she yelled “who are you??” She couldn’t recognize me with a newly established beard and fluffy disheveled hair. So I decided it’s time to take care of the aesthetic department of my head. In general, if you’re not going to a fancy event, would you feel like spending too much money on cutting hair!. So I looked up Supercuts because I had a great experience with them in other states. I read the reviews about this location and they were extremely bipolar. Either amazing good or a lady who they cut her ear off but since she didn’t bleed the manager said ok. Or another who found this place too shady and cheap for her. This location is across the street from Magnificent Mike Whole Food on Huron St in case you got lost. Michigan Ave was insanely crowded for the Black Friday. It was such a nice stroll over here. I talked to Ana over the phone, she said walk-in is welcome. When seated, Rose took excellent care of my head. She was very smooth and experienced. We had a great chat. I feel sometimes that hair stylists work for FBI or CIA because they keep interrogating you. But with Rose, we talked about taquitos and mole. She gave me an order to try a taqueria she loves. So she reached the right foodie. My head looked great and I was happy after Rose did her job. Then I had a head wash and a massage. OMG! It was crazy good and I won’t say an adult word here. I definitely recommend the head wash and massage here. Although I gave 30% tip, but I guess this experience was worth more. I read that Ana and Veronica are awesome here. But next time I’m asking for Rose.
