I do not recommend this business. We paid them a considerable amount of money and they ATTEMPTED to remove my daughter's lice and nits over 3 months, but they never accomplished it. Then they refused to refund any of our money. We ended up taking her to a removal salon that uses the heating method and that worked well. Do not waste your money at hair fairies! All they do is pick out the lice and nits by hand, and evidently not very well.

Ive taken my kids there twice now just to make sure and have a piece of mind. We saw Renee and Ayanna. Both of them amazing! I highly recommend them and this service. Very well worth it

Got a call from my daughters school today and they said she had lice. I was kind of skeptical, I wasn't sure if during the screening they would just say she has lice so I would have to pay for a full treatment. So right after I picked my daughter up from school I went straight to Hair Fairies. The girl working was so nice and she educated me on things I didn't know. She checked my daughters hair so thoroughly, come to find out she didn't have lice. She did have minor dry scalp and dandruff from the hairspray I use on school days (to prevent lice). I paid $60 for them to check her hair but it was well worth it, What a relief! She gave me a letter to give the school so she could return the same day. She also gave me a folder for the school with tips for checking hair for lice (since clearly they misdiagnosed her) and free screening passes. They informed me they come out to schools and do 2 hour screenings for free (that is up to 40 students). How cool! I hope I never have to come back but I highly recommend Hair fairies!

I am a HAPPY and RELIEVED CLIENT, after leaving Hair Fairies! I am a mother of a daughter with long curly thick hair. First time getting lice in my life and my hair is also long, curly and very thick. I was on the verge of cutting my hair completely off. I did a internet search on places to treat lice and Hair Fairies was the first to pop up and reviews was dynamic. I called and they got my daughter and myself in very quickly. From them educating me more on head lice, which made me itch more lol, to showing me what to look for, how to comb and NATURAL PRODUCTS to use instead of that chemical stuff that is horrible for your head. They have their products they use and sale and it's all natural and has no expiration date! The manager Renee and her staff are awesome. I appreciate them and the salon is cozy and kid friendly. I felt they genuinely wanted to me and not try to take my money and send me on my way. Hair Fairies have been around for years with good to great reviews and referrals and that is a testimony on how great that establishment is. I was very satisfied with their services, will tell others and go back if we ever get lice again. Hopefully not :-) #AWESOME #HEADLICEREMOVAL #HairFairiesGetsTheJobDone #LiceFree

I have always had a phobia against these little buggers. So when I got it, I was incredibly freaked out. Being the only adult in the house it was hard to check my own hair. So even though I bought Nix, I wasn't sure I got them out. I was very skeptical at first of Hair Fairies. Thinking they'd say I had it even if I didn't. Or try and push a ton of products on me. I'm happy to say they did none of the above. They were helpful and honest. I was lice free and they didn't once try and push me to come back or buy products. They were helpful and most of all comforting during a time I was going nuts. Sure they are expensive. But think about the service they are doing! If you don't want to pay, then they aren't right for you.
