Went on a Friday afternoon as a walk-in and didn't have to wait to be seen. AnnMarie cut my hair, and she listened to what I wanted before she started. I needed a basic trim and wanted to keep my layers. When I asked for her to cut a little more off she took the time to trim it just a little more. Not the best haircut ever, but great for a quick trim. AnnMarie was very nice and quick.

Horrible experience. I wanted a simple, normal men's haircut and showed a picture of what I wanted to one of the hairdressers. She told me she didn't know how to do that based on the picture (??), then she asked me what she had to do every single step of the cut. I told her I was not a hairdresser and she should know what to do, but all she said was that she was "doing her best". I could also tell she was rushing, and I felt more like a dog in a pet salon. The haircut looks absolutely hideous, never going back there. It's cheap, fast, but utter trash.

I usually stop by after work and call ahead first to get on the waiting list. The ladies there are always very nice and efficient. My haircut is super simple and I can get in and out in around 20 - 25 minutes. It is closed during Federal holidays so if you want a haircut on Columbus Day you are out of luck.

The ladies there are older, very experienced and know what they are doing. Great haircut for the price

Wendy took care of me. It took her only 15 minutes to finish and I have long hair, so you can imaging. She was effortless, didn't try seeing how hair would look when is combed or geled, she just cut it. Didn't feel comfortable either she was rushing me to sit from the begging and I was the only customer. Awful job, not coming there again. The one on wicker park was be there tho...
