Do not come here! I went to get my haircut, simple instructions to get 3 inches off with layers. after over 2 1/2 HOURS, my hair was cut without layers and blow dryed. I wanted to get layers but I felt I had overstayed my welcome. I came home and there is a piece of my hair which was not cut. Will attach photo. overall $30 down the drain and waste of time completely

I realllllly wanted to like this place... I went in a few days ago to get a haircut, and was greeted by a lovely older woman. She was incredibly friendly and courteous, and we had a great conversation. I took off my glasses, and she went to work, shampooing, cutting, and applying product. Then came the problem... I had gotten home when my girlfriend pointed out the back of my head's hair looked weird. Looking into the mirror, thats when I started to notice it. The hair stylist had styled my hair first, then went to cut it, and since I do a combed over look, half the hair was incredibly long, and the other half short. Then I started noticing chunks of my hair where she didn't part my hair at the right spot, thus leaving giant chunks of hair that should be on the side of my head long, and to finish it off, it appears as though she cut a little unevenly around my one ear, and to clean it up, she proceeded to raise the hairline all around my ear, basically giving me a 1/4" buzz cut around one ear. Now, normally I wouldn't be this technical with a review, but I actually cut my own hair with a razor at home, every other month between getting it cut in the barber shop (Saves on money) And I'm fairly good at it, so when I get home and see something I paid for and tipped nearly 40% on in such a terrible state, I expected slightly nicer quality. Disappointing overall, will not be returning.

I decided to get my hair cut here on a whim. My stylist was nice but she realy butchered my hair. I didn’t know how bad it was until I went to get it dyed and my colorist (who thankfully also cuts hair) fixed it. I knew my front face framing and layers were a little too choppy, but didn’t realize how bad the back was until she snapped a picture for me to see. It was essentially a blunt cut with a very distinctive rat tail. If I can attach a picture, I will. Pretty dissapointed with the quality of the cut.

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and it resulted in an absolute nightmare! My brows were completely ruined! The young lady who started was completely inexperienced! Waxing your brows should never last more than 5-8 mins...well this waxing lasted longer than 30 minutes! She was taking forever and I noticed after telling her what I wanted...a simple arch...she told me that can only be achieved with makeup! I’ve never heard of that in my life! Then after doing complete rubbish on my face and I looked in the mirror my brows were looking the same! So I asked who else does waxing and she went for her manager. The manager then tried to correct the foolishness but she advised me that the area cannot be rewaxed as this May result in removal of my skin. So I had to endure a very painful tweezing...long story short I’ll be having crooked brows for the Christmas. I am so furious ... lets just say I will NEVER return there!

Very nice staff, and their services are very good for the price. Got my hair cut from very long to very short. Was a bit nervous but I was very happy.
