The doctor did a good job, but the billing is a disaster. Apparently the insurance didn't cover part of the cost, and they tried sending the bill to me but my address had changed. They kept sending the bill to the same address. When it wasn't paid they sent it to a collection agency which affected my credit rating!!!! I wasn't even aware of this for two years, the credit agency just told me I owe them money. When the bill wasn't paid no one tried sending me an email or pick the phone to call me! My phone number and email address remained the same. So if the accountant would had just picked the phone and called me I would had paid two years ago!!!!

Wonderful and thoughtful doctor. Service and care was first rate. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Young' clinic.

Had multiple "extremely" bad experiences dealing with billing and kept sending letters for $5-6 charges after similar payments were made that I did not understand to begin with, and was not explained. Not impressed with the unprofessional approach and hands off customers service.
