I'm happy with my hair cut. The lady did a nice job.

Jun 11, 2017
I was bumped by a hair dresser to allow one one of her walk-in take my daughter's spot after waiting over 30 min. Told me me she will charge my daughter's a junior price for the inconvenience with promise that another hair dresser will be available in 2 minutes. Keep in mind my daughter's cut already counts as junior price. 10 minutes later I walked out to go to Great Clips 5601 Harlem Ave. My daughter was even able to donate 17 inches of hair there. So thank you for the bad experience as Great Clips was able to turn it around to a positive experience. Will not being going back.

Waited for an eternity. Then got a horrible haircut. Was bullied for several days for looking Chinese. Don’t was your money and go to a real salon or barbershop. This place is trash.

I normally wouldn't take this route but I wish I would have been warned. I went in for a haircut with Therese, she has excellent customer service skills very friendly and talkative but, what should have been a simple trim of about 1.5 inches ended up being 5" taken off my hair!!! I walked in with hair down my back reaching well below midback and walked out with a 70's cut barely reaching my shoulders! I was mortified!!! I could not believe how much she took off . Just be warned its a nice place for a quick mens cut but nothing else. I use to see Vanessa there but she is gone and after this experience with Therese I will never go back... All she said was Im so sorry - nothing I can do but at least I can warn others.
