My husband and I are from Oklahoma and we’re visiting Chicago and realized we badly needed our hair cut. Not only were they sweet enough to get us both in at the last moment, the hair cuts were amazing and the environment was really comfortable but professional. The address actually moved so be sure it to clarify where it is located (though it is really close to 333 Michigan ave). We are super happy with our haircuts and they were even nice enough to help me pick out hair products when I asked for help based on what my stylist noticed about my hair.

I am very picky and demanding. However, my haircut and color done at Salon 333 always pleases me. I would always walk out beautiful, sexy and confident. Try it for yourself!

I went to the salon a few times and was extremely satisfied with professional service of the staff. Will go there every time I'm in the city. Do not trust the negative reviews, this place is friendly and accomodating and the compliments I get on my haircut are a reason enough to be a regular client there.

I wanted to take a minute to warn everyone about this so called "salon". I was on my way to see my normal hair stylist, when I walked past this place and noticed the sign on the sidewalk. "Mens haircuts $25" I thought I'd give it a shot. I walked in and asked if I could have a walk in haircut. Sitting in the chair, I should have known to leave when I looked over and sitting in the barber chair next to me was A DOG. I'm pretty sure that I got my haircut by the receptionist. The whole time in the chair was painful, as I could tell right away that this lady not only did not know how to cut hair, but was way more concerned with carrying on a conversation with the ladies around us. I had to tell her to go back and cut it again THREE times, as she kept forgetting to cut different parts of my hair. She never touched the front, and the THIRD time I had to tell her she missed a spot, she cut the front of my hair in frustration. I also had alot of product in my hair at that point, making cutting it very difficult. As soon as I stepped outside I went straight to my normal stylist. By the way if you are looking for a great haircut go see DEVON at ANNA GEORGE SALON, just a block away. He told me that he has seen alot of people coming in to his place to "fix" the haircuts that people had gotten at Salon 333. He couldn't believe how many terrible haircuts had come out of there, and he said that mine was probably the worst. I had a "shelf" on one side of my head, the bangs cut inches shorter than the top, and she completely missed a whole section of hair on the other side. DEVON fixed me up great. I called up Salon 333 and demanded a refund. I had to make three phone calls and leave two voicemails during business hours because no one answered the phone. When I finally got a "manager" she said that she owned the place. I could barely understand her because her English was so bad. She told me she could not give me a refund because she DID NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE. I KID YOU NOT. So all in all DO NOT go to SALON 333. It was probably the worst haircut I have ever gotten, and one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
