From the 1st time I walked in this salon over 2yrs I've always walked in and out Pleased. When I tell you from the manager (Michelle) to ALL the stylist that I have come in contact with has such a pleasant attitude and friendliness about them. They always welcome you and your family to the salon. My stylist(Gina) is 1 of the best in the Chicagoland. Whenever I walk in she's finishing up the client before me I've never had to wait more than 5min to start my service. These ladies are just the best in the business. Thank you Regis Chicago Ridge for welcoming me.

Would NOT recommend this salon; I asked for layers and came out with this. A $40 dollar haircut there is not worth it...

Worst experience at a salon ever, crystal was busy with another client at the same time she was with me. Mind you I had an apt. She let me leave the salon with a head full of wet hair because she clearly didn't want to blow dry my hair because I have so much hair. Told me it cost more to blow dry and style after a cut especially with all my hair with out giving me the choice to pay the extra money for it. I heard her tell the other client she was almost done with me because she already had it in her head she wasn't going to dry or straighten my hair. If you don't want to be bothered with clients on sundays then don't work sundays!!! If you're going to go to this salon go with kris, she was my usual stylist and I made a huge mistake by taking a risk and trying someone new. Never again.

Horrible place! Never ever going back! Michelle the manager was so rude. She was recommended to me because she was great...but their was nothing great about her. From the moment I walked in and said my name she was rude.

Best experience everytime! Stylist Kris definitely knows what she's doing. I've been coming here for years and I would not trust anyone else.
