I declined service because they wanted an additional amount to "shampoo" my hair. My hair is natural but I flat ironed it a small amount for her convince. Their exact words were "I should have blow dried it again. It would be too hard for her to braid" because it was still slightly kinky. They were very polite and nice with talking to me but I've never been told that before and I took my business elsewhere. Be careful where you go.

Nicole and her staff is amazing I've gone on a regular basis year after year and everytime I go I'm never in the salon for more than 2 hours. Of course if you go on one of her busy days you'd be there a little longer but I've never experienced that either but I highly recommend Weavology Nicole and Ariana along with the rest of the staff are very professional and fast.

I went to Weaveology for a Sew-in. I was charged before even getting the Sew-in done. The work was terribly done, you could see the print of my braids from under the Sew-in hair. Nicole was not friendly at all. Nicole took another client ahead of me while she put me under a hairdryer for an extended amount of time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
