My hair was natural for six years and now it is falling out. I went there twice the first time Dave did my hair the second time a young lady name shanetta. However, the second time something went very wrong. When I called I was told to come in and senior hairstylist was to examine my hair with Dave first thing he stated did I put a perm in my hair. I was in tears, I was told they didn't understand what happened to my hair. The person who washed my hair put something in my hair that smelled funny (Nikea). She stated she didn't do anything. I don't know what happened my hair is falling out rapidly. No one did my hair after them. My daughter was going to Tierra and she is natural hair snaps back when washed. Not all bad at this shop but I have to cut majority of my hair off and start all over and my hair went to my shoulders. Shame on you all!
